Mojito Sorbet prepared with liquid nitrogen whose temperature reaches -196 C, glowing shots served in test-tubes, or coloured spaghetti based on vodka are only a few of our specialties! Tasting Molecular Buffet is an exquisite opportunity to try unusual flavour combinations such as shrimps on edible glass, parmesan lollipops with thyme or mozzarella balloons served on tomato jelly! Who we are? Thefood.pl company has completed numerous molecular projects. During the biggest events we have served over 1000 people. Thefood.pl team are professionals with international experience gained in places such as: Caprice-Holdings in London, The Westin Dragonara Resort in Malta, La Fourchette in Brighton, Amber Room Restaurant in Warsaw, Sheraton Hotel in Sopot, or Hilton Hotel in Gdańsk. Other achievements of our team members are: completing PRO Academy in Sweden, winning 1st prizes in Shake it up national contest and Young Creator of Culinary Arts (Młody Kreator Sztuki Kulinarnej) national contest, as well as being shortlisted in the finals of Bartender of the Year.
