Professional Learning Facilitators provide excellent professional learning and support for the implementation of the National Quality Framework and the growth of high quality education and care. Managing professional development and support opportunities Build strong relationships within the ECEC sector through regular conversations and/or meetings to ensure quality and consistency; Maintain knowledge of effective education and care management; Work as an autonomous and/or collaborative member of the team as the position requires; Provide accurate information, timely resources, support and professional development for ECEC services; and Ensure all support, resources and professional development is highly regarded, high quality, compliant with funding and reflects best practice. Researching issues impacting delivery of quality education and care Maintain currency of knowledge through research of contemporary issues; Undertake regular scoping and needs analysis to guide research, professional learning, support, resources and materials; Work collaboratively with NSW ECEC sector to undertake research; and Research and develop strategies that will nurture and cultivate innovation and best practice. Support the objectives of CCCC and the IPSP to support better quality ECEC for children and families; Respond to CCCC members and NSW ECEC services and determine how best CCCC can support them; Provide excellent customer centric service; Support the work of CCCC to ensure financial sustainability; Support the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively, and in a manner that reflects our philosophy and ethos; Maintain ongoing evaluation and quality assurance of internal systems and processes; and Contribute to reports and presentations as required, including reporting on individual work progress.
