Here at the Berkeley, nestled in the heart of Knightsbridge, we are one of the world s top luxury hotels and have been experts in delivering highly tailored, exceptional service, with a focus on creativity and individuality for the past 300 years. Nowhere is this more pronounced than in our planning, tailoring and execution of a wedding.
TOTALLY DEDICATED You will have your own dedicated wedding planner, who we also guarantee will be with you on your big day. Experts in the art of celebration, they will get to know you well, guide you through the process step by step and make sure your day will reflect who you are. It will be sprinkled with personal touches to make you smile, whilst sharing their amazing little black book to give you access to the best-kept secrets in town! For the day itself you will have the whole of the private events wing to yourself we only ever have one bride.

Your wedding planner is there to hold your hand step by step and with years of experience they can help you plan the wedding of your dreams. It is their job to bring your ideas to life, to make sure everything has been considered and to worry about every little detail so you don t have to.

THE BERKELEY LITTLE BLACK BOOK The Berkeley isn t just a wedding venue, your wedding planner will give you access to the most exclusive services and help to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. We can help you select and arrange everything; the perfect dress, accessories, transport, flowers, entertainment, hair and make-up, stationery, photographers, music, registrars, churches and even your honeymoon, you name it, we will help! Our little black book ensures you have VIP access to the very best of the best.
MORE THAN A VENUE With the Berkeley as your base whilst you plan your wedding, you can enjoy private dress-fittings in one of our suites and meet suppliers in the comfort of the hotel. No detail is overlooked and in the months before your wedding we will arrange anything from menu-tasting sessions with our specialist kitchen team, to flower choices, to table set-up demos. Your dedicated planner will even remind you to try on your entire outfit, including your underwear! Also, for the nine weeks before your wedding you can enjoy complimentary use of the rooftop spa and gym, the perfect place to get in shape or relax and escape from any pre-wedding worries.
THE ONE AND ONLY On the big day, you will be the only bride at the Berkeley. You will have the entire private events wing to yourself and exclusive use of the stunning drive-up events entrance. Whether you choose to decorate your private entrance, arrive by classic car or horse-drawn carriage, formally greet your guests or make a grand entrance, the choice is yours.
HERE COMES THE BRIDE... For your wedding, you can choose any of our beautiful events spaces, from an intimate ceremony for just the two of you to a grand event for two hundred guests. Each space can be decorated to your taste, so you can personally create a ceremony room, a cocktail reception room and a grand ballroom for a seated dinner.
A SEAMLESS CELEBRATION To add the Berkeley touch to the wedding ceremony itself, we can also arrange your venue. Choose from the grand local church on the hotel s doorstep or a host of other beautiful places of worship in Knightsbridge. Whatever your preference, we can find a beautiful and unique venue to celebrate this special moment, and we can also take care of decorations, to ensure that when you walk down the aisle, everything is just perfect.
LETTING YOUR HAIR DOWN! With your husband by your side and our events spaces transformed to reflect your vision it s time to have some fun! Your wedding celebration will be full of the treats and surprises you planned for your guests as well as a few thoughtful touches your wedding planner will have created for you! With beautiful terrace suites with views of Hyde Park and charming cobbled streets, you can capture the perfect photographs to remember your day.
IT S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT COUNT We know how important these precious moments are, so we will provide you with a complimentary suite so you can escape and have a moment to yourselves in the middle of the wedding whirlwind. Of course the suite is yours for your wedding night and in the morning we will prepare a newly-weds breakfast, remembering all your favourite things and making sure the first day of the rest of your lives together is just as magical as your wedding.

THE BALLROOM The grandest and most glamorous of our events spaces with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers and high mirrored-ceilings. You can choose to use this room alone or open up the grand double doors to the adjacent Belgravia Room. THE BELGRAVIA ROOM Classic pillared arches frame the room, large windows look out onto Wilton Place and generous double doors can be opened up to connect the Belgravia Room to the Ballroom. The Belgravia Room is beautiful, glamorous and intimate. THE TATTERSALLS ROOM A charming room with an oval anteroom and Georgian arched alcoves leading to the larger space, this equestrian-themed event space is named after the famous auction house that once stood on the site of the Berkeley.
