Confirmation of a booking occurs on receipt of a $1000 deposit payment for EACH marquee and a signed copy of both the function planner and terms & conditions. Payment of your deposit is acceptance of these terms & conditions. 3. All marquee bookings require a minimum catering spend of $3,625. 4. Full payment is required fourteen (14) clear working days prior to the event. Payment by EFT, cash, bank cheque or credit card is required. Failure to pre pay may result in your marquee being cancelled. 5. Spices WA Pty Ltd liquor licence does not allow any form of alcohol to be brought or removed from the event 6. Spices WA Pty Ltd operates under the principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. The Spices WA Pty Ltd staff are instructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of eighteen (18) years, or guests in a state of intoxication. Spices WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude persons, without liability, from an event or to close the event early where RSA guidelines are at risk. Parents are not to provide alcohol to under age guests. 7. Hosts are financially responsible for any damage sustained to property or equipment by themselves or their guests during the Eventing in the Park event.
