3 Lin-Cole Events Initial Client Contact The client contact will be made by phone or discussing what services the client wants. Based on this information, either my team or will meet for the initial meeting. This meeting will be held at a local restaurant that will be discussed. The client may bring whom ever they who like to the meeting with warning before time of the meeting. The cost would be covered by me. I will have the event/bridal questionnaire on hand for the client or it can be done online before the meeting to complete. After that is completed we will from there we will touch on subjects such as: likes, dislikes and budgeting in order to help make the event perfect. 6 Lin-Cole Events Day Of Services Contract Lin-cole Brittany Senglin Lincole s Events understands and appreciates the trust and confidence between the client in booking as the event date(s). Lincole Event s accepts this responsibility and takes pride in holding the event date(s) reserved.
