Arrival the following day. Day 2 March 7 th Arrival Madrid / Free time Arrival in Madrid and meeting with your bilingual tour manager and your private bus. Madrid is the capital and largest city of Spain. The city is located on the river Manzanares in the centre of both the country and the Community of Madrid. It has preserved the look and feel of many of its historic neighbourhoods and streets. Its landmarks include the huge Royal Palace of Madrid; the Royal theatre with its restored 1850 Opera House; the Buen Retiro park, the imposing 19th-century National Library building containing some of Spain's historical archives; an archaeological museum; and three superb art museums: Prado Museum, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, housed in the renovated Villahermosa Palace. Lunch on own, then plenty of time to visit the cosmopolitan city on your own. Later in the afternoon transfer to a local sport centre for your 1 st training session with your own coaches. After collecting luggage, transfer to Madrid downtown.
Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. Optional in the evening opportunity to go to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (Real Madrid) or Calderon Stadium (Atletico Madrid) to attend La Liga game. It will depends to the LA LIGA 2014/2015 schedule at the moment not available. In the afternoon transfer to play your friendly game n 1 vs. a local opponent. Day 4 March 9 th Santiago Bernabeu visit / Free time/ Game 1 Following breakfast, today transfer to the famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium for a visit to the home of the great Madrid FC (entry ticket included). Dinner at your hotel and overnight. Day 5 March 10 th Zaragoza / Costa Brava accommodation Following breakfast, hotel check out and departure southern direction, to Costa Brava. Santiago Bernabeu - The stadium opened in 1947 under the name Nuevo Estadio Chamartín. Its current name is in honour of the man who was president of the club for 35 years, Santiago Bernabéu. After various remodelling projects, it is today classified as an elite stadium, and holds the UEFA's highest distinction of five stars. This is the second largest football stadium in Spain, with a capacity of around 80,000 spectators. The visit to the stadium includes access to Real Madrid's well-stocked trophy room, the presidential box and a chance to walk around the technical area and see the dressing rooms of the visiting team. The stadium also has various restaurants, a large club shop and a shopping area. On the way stop in Zaragoza, beautiful city with Moresque works of art. Once arrived (about 3 hours travel) free time to wander in the city on your own and lunch. Return to Madrid city centre and lunch on own. Free time to spend downtown.
Zaragoza: Despite its beautiful location in a picturesque valley by the river Ebro, and an incredibly rich historical heritage, Zaragoza is refreshingly untouched by mass-tourism. Most travellers know it only as a train stop on the way from Barcelona to Madrid. Zaragoza benefits, however, from its location right in the middle of everything. It is a dynamic and modern town with a unique food and bar culture. The city is a real architectural treasure and a growing young population guarantees a busy night life. Your travel then continue to the Costa Brava area. Accommodation, dinner and overnight. Day 6 March 11 th Free time / Game n 2 Dinner and overnight in Costa Brava. Day 7 March 12 th Barcelona guided tour / Training 2 After breakfast, hotel check out and departure to Barcelona, the craziest city in Spain. Enjoy Las Ramblas, the new built harbor and all the beautiful and colorful works of Gaudì, like the Parc Guell or the Casa Batllò. After breakfast, in the morning free time to discover the nearby or go to Figueres to visit the Dali Museumv not included. Barcelona is the capital and the most populous city of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the second largest city in Spain, after Madrid. Barcelona is recognised as a Global City due to its importance in finance, commerce, media, entertainment, arts, international trade, education and tourism. Indeed, it is a major economic centre and a growing financial centre. Figueres, county capital of Alt Empordà, extends over a river plain situated inland in the province of Girona. Known as the home of Salvador Dalí, this town with deep Catalan roots offers visitors the chance to go to the Dalí Theatre-Museum, dedicated to the genius of surrealist painting. It is a cultural range completed with various museums and a calendar full of festivals and events divided up throughout the year. Lunch on your own. In the afternoon transfer to a local sport centre for a training session with your own coaches. At the end, return to your hotel. Dinner and overnight. Free time and lunch on own, then in the afternoon get ready to play your game n 2.
Day 8 March 13 th Camp Nou visit / Game n 3 the numerous museums and parks of the city or just relax in Barceloneta area, on the seaside. Breakfast at your hotel transfer to visit the biggest stadium in Europe, the Camp Nou for a guided visit. Or you can go for a funny bike tour in Barcelona downtown. (Not included). Camp Nou - built between 1954 and 1957, officially opened on the 24th of September 1957. Camp Nou initially consisted of two tiers that could hold 93,000 spectators. It was first called Estadi del FC Barcelona, but got soon referred to as Camp Nou. He then expanded with a third tier for the 1982 World Cup, which raised capacity to 120,000 places. Now the capacity is around 100,000 seats, due to some other changes. In the mid 2000s, the club presented plans for a renovated Camp Nou, designed by Norman Foster, but a lack of funding prevented realization. Return then to the city centre and free time. Later in the afternoon transfer to a local sport centre to play your last exhibition game n 3. Lunch on own.
