Terms and conditions All menus and details are correct at time of going to print but could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. All reservations will be seen as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending a non refundable deposit of 10 per person. Full pre payment is required by 31st October 2014, bookings will be released without notice if the full payment is not received on time. All payments (deposits, final balances, additional guests, pre order drinks) are non refundable or transferable even in the event of adverse weather or bereavement and cannot be used towards any other product. Parties of fewer than 10 guests may be seated with other guests. Special dietary requirements should be notified at least one week in advance. Gift bags containing alcohol must be left at reception to collect at the end of the evening. Hotel residents are advised that any alcohol found, not purchased on the premises will be confiscated and returned at the end of your stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge to the card given at time of booking any corkage charges without notice. All bedroom reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Please note that food services cannot be held for latecomers. Events are sold as a package including meal & entertainment. No discounts are offered for guests arriving after the meal. Dress code for festive events is smart casual no jeans or trainers will be allowed, the management reserve the right to refuse admission. Restaurant bookings of 10 or more require a 5 per person deposit. Should any damage occur to the hotel or hotel property during the event, a charge will be imposed to cover the cost of such damage.
