OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS offered to Registered Performers (we will accept formal registrations for these excursions after all performers have been confirmed) Prices listed are estimates: 1. Half day sightseeing city tour of, including entrance to Sagrada Familia (4 hours) $50 USD. Included 1 English Speaking Guide, entrance tickets to Sagrada Familia 2. Half day excursion to Montserrat, including entrance to the monastery (5 hours) $45 USD. Included 1 English Speaking Guide, entrance tickets to the Monastery 3. Full day excursion to Figueres, including entrance to the Dali Museum (8 hours) $62 USD. Included 1 English Speaking Guide, entrance tickets to Dali Museum 4. Half day excursion to Penedes, with wine tasting at Cordoniu Winery (www.visitascordoniu.com) (5 hours) $56 USD. Included 1 English Speaking Guide, private visit of the winery 5. Beach trip to Sitges (Half day). Free Meals during excursions are on own. Estimated prices are based on a minimum group size of 30 people. AIR INFORMATION: Round-trip air cost from your nearest gate way city will be quoted separately, approximately 11 months in advance of departure. Participants are responsible for any checked baggage fees, per airline regulations, to be paid at connection airport. Due to baggage storage room in our coaches, please limit baggage to one checked bag and one carryon bag per person. Group tickets can be arranged from other cities should there be the required number to form a group - the air price would be adjusted accordingly; please indicate interest on your registration form if you wish your International flight to depart from a city other than New York. If you wish to book your own air, please see our FAQ and inquire for further details Please note: No female tenors. For Individuals: Due to limited space for singers, it is absolutely essential to ensure an even balance between female and male performers (soprano/alto to tenor/bass) for this special performance tour of and performance of Verdi Requiem. Often, choirs have more women singers than men singers. Therefore, in order to confirm your participation, we emphasize that all singers planning to register recruit a male singer whose name would be indicated on your registration form when you enroll. If you wish to register immediately and do not yet have the name of the male singer you are recruiting, please contact Tour Coordinator Diane Marshall to indicate when that name will be available. For Choirs: There must be an even balance between female and male performers (soprano/alto to tenor/bass) in order to confirm participation by your choir members. Please ensure that balance when registering.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES: Space is limited for performers and slots will be filled based on date of receipt of your deposit. There is not a limit for participants who are non-performers. Please register and make your initial deposit soon in order to assure your participation. Participation will be confirmed based on the date that your deposit is received by DCINY. Should you register later, if space is available you will be accommodated. If a performer, should space within your voice section be full, you will be contacted and given the option to be placed on a waiting list. If there is a cancellation, participants on the waiting list will be accommodated based on the date the initial deposit was received. Secondary options would be to participate as a non-performer or receive a refund. PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTIONS (to be chosen by you on your application form. More payments equals a higher price): FAQ 1. PAY IN FULL NOW: $2700 USD per person (double room), $2,800 USD after 10/5 2. $2800 USD per person (double room) PAY IN 5 INSTALLMENTS, $2,900 USD after 10/5: o $400 due now o $600 due by 9/15 o $600 due by 12/15 o $600 due by 2/15/17 o Balance due for land package and add-ons by 4/1/2017 3. $2900 USD per person (double room) PAY in 10 INSTALLMENTS, $3,000 USD after 10/5: o $290 due now o Monthly payments of $290 paid through May 1 as final payment (should someone register late, they will need to catch up on payments) How do I register? If you have not yet been invited to apply, please email Diane@DCINY.org for forms. If you are travelling with a choir or group please have one representative fill out the registration form on everyone s behalf. If you are an individual, please indicate so. How will sightseeing be arranged? Optional sightseeing tours will be announced in the Fall, and arranged based on group interest and participation. Participants are welcome to create their own sightseeing options so long as they do not conflict with rehearsal and concert schedules. What if I need to cancel my participation after registering? Please note that we have a non-refundable policy. You may substitute another person up until 100 days prior to departure, with the appropriate package price charged. Please contact Diane Marshall regarding your concerns. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance through Artist Travel Consultants (a form from ATC will be made available once you register). The price WILL vary based on age and additional coverage options.

I want to book my own airfare and/or make use of frequent flyer points. Can I, and if so, how? You may book your own airfare separate from the group. You will then need to arrange for your own transportation from the airport to the hotel, ensuring that you arrive in time for the first scheduled choral rehearsal if you are a singer. I want to fly with the group but wish to deviate on the arrival OR departure? For those travelling on group airfares arranged by ATC who wish a deviation on airfare and schedule, please contact Paula@ArtistTravels.com once group airfares are announced for further details and charges based on your special request. A minimum deviation fee plus any applicable airline changes and charges in the airfare will apply. Deviations can be requested up to 120 days prior to departure, but there are a limited number allowed if you are a part of the group flights, so it is VITAL to submit your request early! I don t live in NY. Can you help me with a connecting airfare? Please indicate your hometown on your registration and indicate your request for assistance. Once registrations have been processed, we will group people by gateway cities and share an optional connecting flight and fare for you booked through Artist Travel Consultants.
