Tifiny s Story and Justin. They have adopted Ethan, William, Trystan, McKenzie, Madison, Heidi, Whitney, Aiden, Karen and Shawn. They are also fostering a wonderful young man who will be in their care long term and caring for Kyle, who is Tifiny s nephew. Most of their children have serious disabilities. Four have Cerebral Palsy, one is blind, three are in wheelchairs, one is autistic, two have aspergers and others suffer with side effects from having drug and alcohol addicted mothers. where they could find their restaurant led the Roses to take advantage of an opportunity to open a small cafe in the charming little town of Santa Clara Utah in September of 2012. The success was immediate and overwhelming and they soon went from a little creperie to a full service restaurant within a month. Demand continued to grow leading them to move and find a bigger location in St. George demand still grew and they have finally found the perfect location at the Green Valley Resort and Spa. Just three years shy of retirement, they moved their family to St. George, Utah. After commuting for six months, the decision was made that family was more important than work and the distance was taking its toll. Earl decided to quit the police department and start something new; but what? The Breakfast at Tifiny s story is one of family, love, sacrifice and delicious food. Earl and Tifiny Rose love what they do. They love caring for children and providing them with a better life and they love owning and operating the Breakfast at Tifiny s restaurant. They are passionate about creating delicious food and serving it in a beautiful and friendly atmosphere. Some of Tifiny and Earl s family of 17 children, adopted children, foster children many of their children have serious disabilities. The Breakfast at Tifiny s story is one of family, love, sacrifice and delicious food. Earl and Tifiny Rose s story began 21 years ago. After they were married, Earl joined the Salt Lake City Police Department where he had several positions including: full-time SWAT, Gang Unit, Undercover Narcotics, Bikes, Training, Larceny and Auto Theft. During those years on the police force, the Rose family grew. And grew. After the birth of their daughter Hailey they decided to venture into the world of foster care. Two young boys joined their family whom they later adopted. Once they opened their hearts and home, they discovered a love for these children and a natural gift for providing love, comfort and shelter to them. They were continually approached by representatives of the state to care for more abused, neglected and disabled children. The Roses currently have 3 biological children, Hailey, Isabel As a CrossFit certified coach and compassionate competitor and athlete, Earl s first thought was to open a CrossFit Gym, a restaurant had never even crossed either of their minds though Earl had always been a dab hand at creating delicious meals, with the skills to make even macaroni and cheese taste gourmet. Needing additional income to provide for their family of 15, Tifiny thought they should take Earl s crepe making skills to the Tuacahn Saturday Market. Long lines of repeat customers asking
