Our Speakers For Additional Classes There s personal satisfaction in getting the job done on time and under budget. However, history has shown it's not always easy to stay focused 100% of the time. As human beings we are competitive by nature; we also have an inherent tendency to take risks, skip steps, cut corners, and invent shortcuts to save a little time or money. Doing so opens doors for the possibility of increased complacency and employee discontent, disaster, lost time, lost customers, reduced profit, and increased expense. What are companies doing to combat these hurdles in the workplace? High-energy and rich with ideas, this inspirational keynote more than educates, it motivates and inspires each participant through a series of interactive and memorable experiences, filled with dynamic stories, laughter, and usable take-aways.
