Securities and Exchange Board of India SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C-4A, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400 051 EMPANELMENT OF AGENCIES FOR CARETAKING SERVICES Securities and Exchange Board of India invites applications from reputed agencies to provide caretaking services and maintenance of transit accommodation of Board in Mumbai. The agencies should be responsible for day to day upkeep, maintenance and also have to provide catering services for occupants of transit accommodation. The agencies who had provided/providing similar type of caretaking services for guest house /transit accommodation for PSUs, PSUs banks, financial institutions would be preferred. Proprietary /partnership firms/ private/public limited companies having equipped and to handle caretaking services for guest house/transit accommodations having atleast three or four rooms during last three years can apply. The agencies should satisfy following criteria 1) The contractor should have satisfactorily completed any of following works a. Should have atleast carried out one similar job for value of Rs 2.4 lacs per annum. OR b. Should have atleast carried out two similar jobs each costing atleast Rs1.5 lacs OR c. Should have atleast carried out three similar jobs each costing atleast Rs1.2 lacs Preferably for Public Sector Undertakings / PSU banks/ Financial Institutions/ Autonomous Body during last 5 years. (The period of seven years for purpose of having completed similar works shall be from 01.11.2004 to 31.10.2009) 2) The agency should have an average annual turnover of atleast Rs.5 lacs during last three years. Similar job means providing caretaking and catering services, day to day maintenance for guest houses / transit accommodations. The agency should be responsible for upkeep maintenance, cleanliness, and

or day to day maintenance of transit accommodation The agencies shall be prequalified based on quality of guest houses/transit accommodation being maintained by m. SEBI also reserves right to inspect some of guest house being maintained by agency before shortlisting agencies. The decision of SEBI regarding shortlisting of agencies shall be final and binding on all concerned. The tender documents to invite price bid and terms and conditions for appointing caretaker for transit accommodation shall be issued to shortlisted agencies only. The applicants meeting above criteria and willing to provide same to SEBI can obtain application forms from office of Shri G. P. Garg, Chief General Manager, Facilities Management Division, SEBI, from SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C- 4A, G Block, 4 th Floor, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400 051 or can download application forms from SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in. The duly filled in forms in a sealed cover shall be submitted at above address so as to reach his office within 15 days from date of publication of aforesaid advertisement in newspapers.
