2 Doc-I COMPREHENSIVE AMC OF WINDOW AND SPLIT A.C. UNITS NOTICE INVITING TENDER Tender Ref No. - DCC/TENDER/AC/1/ Tender for 1 Year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Air- conditioning units installed at various premises/ locations in Mumbai. 1. The Dena Bank invite tender for above referred work. Only those agencies / Firms are eligible to quote who are in similar line of business and have under their AMC air- conditioning units of total tonnage of 40 Ton or more. Submission of details and documentary evidence is compulsory. 2. The tender form can be obtained from the office of The Assistant General Manager, G.A.D., DENA BANK Dena Corporate Centre, C-10, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra [E]. Mumbai from to (in working days only) between AM to 5.00 PM and the tender can also be downloaded from tenders section of Banks website. 3. EMD of Rs. 2,500/- in the form of Demand Draft favouring Dena Bank payable at Mumbai is to be submitted along with tender. 4. Submission of tender : The tenders to be submitted in two separate envelops, each sealed and clearly identified as to envelop number and contents as indicated below Envelope No. 1 shall contain the following : a. Form of tender / Tender documents. b. Earnest money deposit of Rs. 2,500/- in the form of demand draft only in favour of Dena Bank Payable at Mumbai. c. Details of work in hand and documentary evidence regarding eligibility. d. Technical bid. e. Declaration. Envelope No. 2 shall contain only financial bid duly filled in and signed by the tenderer. Price quoted by you should be all inclusive and shall remain firm and be valid till stipulated contract period. No commercial or technical condition or qualification of any sort shall be indicated by the tenderer in this envelop otherwise the tender shall be liable for rejection. Tender duly filled in and signed and sealed, should be addressed and hand delivered to The Assistant General Manager, G.A.D., DENA BANK Dena Corporate Centre, C-10, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra [E]. Mumbai on or before 02:00 PM on Tenders received late on account of any reason whatsoever and telegraphic tenders will not be entertained. 6. Dena Bank discourages the stipulation of any condition by the tenders. The conditional tenders will be liable to be rejected.

3 7. Opening of Tender: The envelop No. 1 shall be opened at 3:00 PM on before all the representatives of the tenders who wish to witness the opening. Envelop No. 2 may also be opened on the same day and if not, the date for opening of Envelop will be informed to tenders separately. 8. Validity of Tender: The tender shall be valid for a period of 30 days, from the last date of submission of the tender. 9. Dena Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders assigning any reason therefore. Note : Bidder are advised to visit the sites where air - conditioning units are installed in order to ascertain the conditions of air- conditioning units. 4 Doc-I Terms and conditions 1. No escalation will be given on any ground what so ever may be the reason. The rate quoted in the tender shall remain firm and be valid till the stipulated contract period and should include all charges and Taxes, except Service Tax which is to be mentioned Separately. During contract period contractor will have to provide 4 regular services i.e. on quarterly basis apart from break down maintenance. There will be no limit of break down calls and you will have to attend all these calls free of cost and within stipulated time. 2. Payments will be made at the end of each quarter on basis of actual tonnage after producing servicing report signed and stamped by concerned departments. 3. This maintenance contract will inclusive of all the parts such as motor, electrical parts, compressor, gas charging etc. and no payment will be made for these during contract period. 4. This maintenance contract does not include plastic parts, sheet metal parts, evaporator coils and remote circuits. 5. Contractor will have to provide stand by machine (window type AC only) at his own cost when ever required in place of machine out of order/ not working if same is not repaired within 24 hours from receipt of complaint. 6. Your engineer/ technician should attend the complaint within 4 working hours from receipt of complaint from Dena Bank. 7. In case your services are found not satisfactory, this contract can be cancelled before completion of contract period with prior notice of 30 days. Dena Bank will not be bound to give reasons for the same. 8. You will have to observe all the prevalent laws including contract labour laws, safety laws etc..
