Staff instead of Consultant. 23 61 3.8 of Draft Contract Agreement (Annexure 14) Performance Security The Consultant shall prior to the Effective Date and as a condition precedent to its entitlement to payment under this Contract, provide to the Client a legal, valid and enforceable Performance Security in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee as security for the performance by the Consultant of its obligations under this Contract, in the form set out in this Contract, in an amount equal 10 (Ten) percent of the total cost of Financial Proposal under this Assignment.
