We are pleased to enclose our Tender cum auction sale Form for FIRE DAMAGED 32 LOOMS WITH ITS ACCESSORIES, CABLES ETC., WARP YARN, WEFT YARN AND GREY FABRIC available at our Arvind International Premises at Khatraj, Dist. Gandhinagar for disposal. Should you choose to quote for this tender, please fill in your highest rates in this Tender Form itself and send it to us only in the prescribed sealed cover addressed to General Manager - Production Shirting Division - Santaj, GANDHINAGAR You may also participate in the auction sale on 27 th June 2014 and as specified in the auction sale schedule. The highest bid received through tender and highest bid received through auction sale will be compared and whichever is higher will be considered as successful bidder for that particular lot. (Tender may also be handed over in person at the above address and acknowledgement obtained or sent by courier or registered post. No delay in receipt beyond that stipulated will be accepted under any circumstance and render the offer liable for rejection). 1) The envelope containing the tender should be only in the prescribed cover. 2) The tenderers /participants in auction sale should verify the nature, condition of the goods at our site for quoting the rates to avoid any dispute for the quantity, quality etc., at a later stage as our terms of calling tenders are AS IS WHERE IS BASIS. 3) The tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit for an amount not less than 10% of offer by means of account payee pay order/demand Draft drawn in favour of Arvind Limited on any nationalized/scheduled Bank payable at Ahmedabad. 2.

3 -3- Naroda Road, Ahmedabad ) In other words the allotted goods will be supplied only against payment by Demand Draft / Pay Order payable at Ahmedabad 19) The successful tenderers / successful bidders in auction sale should confirm acceptance within 3 days of intimation by us and lift the goods within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of intimation failing which the EMD will be forfeited. 20) No extension of time for lifting the goods under any circumstances shall be granted. 21) In the event of delayed acceptance and/or lifting of goods as stipulated above, in addition to forfeiture of the EMD, the successful tenderer / successful bidder in auction sale will also liable for any loss suffered by us in the disposal. 22) Our weighments, calculations and decision in this matter will be final and binding on the tenderers and shall be accepted by them without demur. 23) Delivery of allotted goods will be made from our office in the presence of the successful tenderer / successful bidder in the auction sale or their duly authorized representatives. 24) Our responsibility ceases once the allotted goods are handed over at the premises and any claim regarding quality / quantity etc., after taking delivery of goods shall not be entertained. 25) The EMD of the unsuccessful tenderers / unsuccessful bidders in auction sale will be refunded within a week from the date of opening of tender. 26) The last date for receipt of tender is Wednesday the 25 th June 2014 up to 5.00 P.M at Shirting Division, Gandhinagar ) The sealed tenders received will be opened on Friday the 27 th June 2014 at A.M at our office (Shirting Divisin Santej Gandhinagar ) in the presence of our representatives and/or surveyor. 28) While opening tenders, the tenderers or their authorized representatives are free to be present. 4.
