Esplanada City Center Bucharest Esplanada aims the functional regeneration of the site bordered by Unirii Boulevard, Nerva Traian Street, Octavian Goga Boulevard and Mircea Voda Avenue, on a surface of 107,140 m 2. The development will imply direct investments of approximately 1 billion Euro and it is expected to attract related investments of 2 to 3 billion Euro. Esplanada will provide shopping, cultural, working and entertainment functions, into a mixed-use urban development. The buildings are envisaged within a city environment of streets, plazas and gardens. Esplanada City Center will offer a unique cultural centre in Romania involving a national concert hall, a reputed arts museum and a multifunctional cultural hall. The project is the first public private development in Romania at such scale. TriGranit hopes Esplanada will become the new symbol of modernity in Bucharest.
