Venue Guide for the USF Tampa Campus The purpose of the Venue Guide is to provide information about campus space to those looking to host events on the USF Tampa campus. The list should be used as a resource to put those in need in contact with the appropriate people and give a general overview of various spaces and their capabilities. Additional information should be sought from the venue contact listed. The list is as comprehensive as possible, but will be updated on an as needed basis. Venues are listed in alphabetical order. Athletics Training Facility (ATH): The Big East Conference Room is located in the beautiful new Athletics Training Facility, which is located just north of the Sun Dome. This room can be used for a wide variety of events including social functions (parties, luncheons, receptions and dinners), as well as various meeting style set ups. The room is approximately 1500 square feet and includes carpeted floors, a beautiful outdoor patio, kitchenette (food prep and a sink), screen, and state of the art A/V and stereo equipment. Marshall Center (CTR) Your Student Union at USF: The Marshall Center is a large facility that can accommodate numerous types of events with varying set ups. There is a central Reservations office for the Marshall Center that handles all event requests. The purpose of the Phyllis P. Marshall Center Reservations Office is to coordinate the activities and events of its clientele. TECO Room at the Anchin Center/USF College of Education: The TECO Conference Hall is available for use or rental and is designed for ultimate meeting efficiency. It can be divided into 2 smaller, equal sized rooms with separate entries. The Secret Garden for a more intimate group. This area is located in the middle of the shade garden. The Conservatory for small groups. This beautiful area houses the orchid collection in bloom. Weddings for 30 guests or receptions can be held in this tranquil space. For larger groups, canopies can be set up inside the Conservatory. Lake Behnke for large or small groups. This site allows the bride to come across the wooden bridge for a magical entrance. Under the Trees for small to large groups. USF Health College of Nursing: All scheduled USF Health or University events held at USF Health require an accountable USF Health faculty/staff sponsor. Rooms will be reserved on a space available basis up to two years in advance for USF Health events. To reserve a space at USF Health please fill out the following form.
