Welcome to your first newsletter of the new season. I hope you have had a wonderful winter break and are looking forward to returning to Shearbarn after the closed season. We have an exciting new development commencing on Lake Side on the 29th February where we are putting 10 brand new double bases to replace some of the older plots that already exist. We expect the work to complete by the middle of March so don't expect too much disruption. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. There are many other park developments and new things being added to the food and drink offering in 2016, this will be communicated by Paul Warburton in his section of the newsletter. I'm sure you will all like what is being planned. I hope to see many of you at the Casino night on the 4th March and wish you a lovely season here at Shearbarn. Ben Cook General Manager Staff Changes I would like to introduce Jon Coombe, our new Sales Manager whom brings a wealth of industry experience with him. He will be introducing himself over the coming weeks but if in the meantime you would like to discuss anything such as a private sale or upgrade, please feel free to contact him directly at jon.coombe@shearbarn.co.uk or at the office. Ben Cook General Manager Upcoming Planned Park Improvements Paul Warbuton A very warm welcome to the park opening newsletter for the 2016 season, As you will see from the newsletter there is much going on across the holiday park. This year the team focus is to effectively communicate information to our holiday home owners and ensure that we all have a great season. Let us hope the weather assists.

Upcoming Planned Park Improvements Paul Waburton Over the last couple of months I have managed to meet many of the owner base and get a real insight to holiday park ownership here at Shearbarn. Please feel free to drop in the office or stop me when out and around park. It is not only facilities and location but most importantly people that make the park a great place to own your own lodge or holiday caravan. In the immediate and short term we are working on parking areas, entry systems, road layout, complex food offering and bin distribution and dedicated recycling. We've also been looking at offering a greater range of products in the park shop, upgraded Wi Fi access and owner offers, both on park and with local partners. Pitch Fees In the past we have given owners the option to pay their pitch fee on a monthly basis through an organisation called Premium Credit. Unfortunately Premium Credit have decided that they cannot offer that service again this year. We understand that there are those that are unable to pay the full amount upfront with such a short notice period. We have decided that we, Shearbarn Holiday Park Ltd will offer a payment plan for the 2016/2017 Pitch Fees for those who are unable to pay the full amount. The terms will be 10 equal payments made by standing order starting on 15th March 2016. There will be an administration fee of 20 per payment (total fee 200). If you would like to arrange a payment plan please email mike@jackdawleisure.co.uk for full terms and conditions. Please note that we do not intend to offer this facility for the 2017/2018 Pitch Fees which will be payable in full by 28 February 2017. Mike Oberholster Finance and Commercial Manager

Shearbarn Leisure On behalf of the Shearbarn pool team I would like take this time to welcome you back to Shearbarn Holiday Park, we hope you had a good winter season. The pool will reopen to owners 8am 7pm and we would love to see more owners using the pool during these times. During the shut down we have done some maintenance to the pool including; new female showers and back boards, new shower and back boards on poolside, moving lockers and changing the swimming pool pumps. We have also given the hole pool and changing area a lick of paint and a freshen up, all floors and carpets have been professionally cleaned to maintain them to high shearbarn standards. Aqua Fit will restart on 4th of march 6pm 7pm Mondays and Thursday and is still free at this time for all owners so please use this to your advantage. We look forward to seeing you all soon, any questions please do not hesitate to ask me or my team. Marcus Lennox Shearbarn Pool Manager. Hastings Touring Park During our close down period, we have spent time planning on how to improve the Hastings Touring Park experience. We have a brand new system in place which allows you to book the pitch number you want with minimum fuss.
