2 Task 1 You are starting a new job and decide to look for a new phone. You want the best value for money and decide to visit the local phone shops. You make a list of everything you want the phone to do before you go. You buy a phone that does everything you want. When you were setting the phone up you had a problem getting your to work. You go back to the shop for help. When you get to the shop it is closed. You see this notice. Read the information below and then answer the questions that follow.
