Since we take the majority of food production off your hands and do it in our central kitchen, this allows you to sell quality food that is consistent across all stores. Thus each store becomes an instantly recognisable source of good food for our customers. Strong store positioning and lease negotiations will only open stores that the Franchisor would be willing to operate itself. Our 9+ years of experience has made a highly desirable tenant by most large corporate landlords. We have established a site location model that incorporates our specific requirements when sourcing sites. In negotiating the leases, we have managed to understand the key landlord requirements, whilst protecting the needs of the tenant.
