That s why the core wholesale production remains the responsibility of the Franchisor. We do not outsource our core production to a third party. is proud of what it produces, and you will be proud too! Mon-Fri, days only Weekends are optional depending on the location and franchisee s needs. Generally for our CBD locations, the core store hours are between 7am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday. One of the key successes of the business is the high standard of service we give all customers throughout the entire day. Since we take the majority of food production off your hands and do it in our central kitchen, this allows you to sell quality food that is consistent across all stores. Thus each store becomes an instantly recognisable source of good food for our customers. It also means that your store staff can focus on providing excellent customer service rather than preparing sandwiches. Strong store positioning and lease negotiations will only open stores that the Franchisor would be willing to operate itself. Our 9+ years of experience has made a highly desirable tenant by most large corporate landlords. We have established a site location model that incorporates our specific requirements when sourcing sites. In negotiating the leases, we have managed to understand the key landlord requirements, whilst protecting the needs of the tenant. Coffee has become a major focus for to increase its revenue on a daily basis. Coffee and its associated add-ons contribute to a large proportion of the day s revenue. In every store, Baristas are professionally trained prior to operating the coffee machines. A happy morning coffee customer quite often becomes a loyal lunch time regular. Our blend of coffee was submitted into the 2011 CSR AUSTRALIA GOLDEN BEAN AWARDS. Our blend won a silver in the coffee blend with milk category, as well as bronze in the coffee blend espresso category. To streamline the book keeping process, a customised accounting package has been tailored specifically for. This forms as part of the Point of Sale system to easily manage the business. Store trading comparisons can be tracked between all stores to monitor store performance. The Payroll System also forms part of this software, making payroll easy to manage.
