Microsoft Outlook 2013 & 2010 1. Click on File in the top left hand corner of Microsoft Outlook 2. Click on Account Settings and then add and remove accounts or change existing connection settings 3. An Account Settings window should open. Click on New under the E-mail tab 4. Select E-mail Account and click Next 5. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next 6. Select Internet E-mail and click Next 7. Fill in the blanks with your name, email address, and password. Then refer to the server settings below. Account Type: POP3 [IMAP is also available. Please see IMAP settings at the bottom of the page] Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com Username: your full email address EX: user@yourdomain.com 8. MAC Mail 1. Click on Mail at the top of Mac Mail and then click on Preferences 2. Click on the Accounts icon and then click on the + sign in the bottom left hand corner 3. An Add Account window will pop up. Fill out your name, e-mail address, and password and then click continue 4. If you get a certificate or identity warning click on connect or continue 5. Under the Incoming Mail Server window, enter the following settings: Account Type: POP Description: pop3.worldpath.net [optional] Incoming Mail Server: pop3.worldpath.net 6. Under the Incoming Mail Security window, set the Authentication method to Password and then click Continue 7. Under the Outgoing Mail Server window, enter the following settings: Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.worldpath.net Description: smtp.worldpath.net [optional] Put a check in the Use Authentication box and then re-enter your username and password. Click Continue 8. Under the Outgoing Mail Security window set the Authentication method to Password and then click Continue 9.
