1 Mserver to Ipmail Conversion Instructions The new server called ipmail is configured to allow only encrypted sessions. Members of the Laurier community who are currently using unencrypted on mserver will have to change settings in their program before they can use ipmail ; in some cases they will have to upgrade their program. Upgrades for the Netscape, Eudora or ThunderBird are available at the following links: Netscape -- Eudora -- Thunderbird. Please choose your client from below by Ctrl+click: Outlook 2002 Outlook Express 6 Netscape 7.2 Mozilla Thunderbird 2.0 Eudora 7.1
2 Outlook Start Outlook, and click on mserver.wlu.ca 2. From the Tools menu, choose Options
3 3. In the Options window, click on the Mail Setup tab 4. Click Accounts
4 5. In Accounts, choose View or change existing accounts, then click Next 6. Choose mserver.wlu.ca from the list then click Change
5 7. Change Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail Server to ipmail.wlu.ca, then click More Settings 8. In the Internet Settings window, click on the Advanced tab

18 7. Click the Get new messages icon in Netscape 8. You will be asked for your password to access your , input your password, and start to enjoy Netscape Back to Top
