In this manual, we have explained the process of configuration of accounts in three of the leading clients Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook and Thunderbird. 3 To configure your Outlook Express client: 1. Open Outlook Express. 2. Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Accounts...'

6 5. Enter your full address in the ' address:' field, and click next.

6. Enter 'mail.limedomains.net in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:' field. Enter 'mail.limedomains.net in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field.

7 6. Enter 'mail.limedomains.net in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:' field. Enter 'mail.limedomains.net in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field. Click 'Next'. Note: In the above field, the name of the server of the hosting service provider is to be filled.

8 7. Enter your username in the 'Account name:' field. Enter your password in the 'Password:' field, and click 'Next.' 8. Click 'Finish.'

9 9. Under Account >> select 'mail.limedomains.net' Click 'Properties'

10 10. Click the 'Advanced' tab. Click on the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)' under 'Outgoing Mail (SMTP).' Note: The order of 'Outgoing' and 'Incoming' mail server fields varies by version. Make sure you enter the correct information in each field.

11 11. Select the 'Servers' tab, and click the box next to 'My server requires authentication.' Click 'OK'

12 To configure your Microsoft Outlook client: 1. Click on tools menu and choose accounts settings 2. Click on new to configure new account Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types.

13 3. Select Internet . Click Next.

14 4. Fill in the following: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) Your Name Address Incoming mail server : mail.limedomains.net Outgoing mail server : mail.limedomains.net User name: username@yourdomain.com Password : password of your choice

15 5. Now click on More Settings

16 6. Click on Outgoing Server tab

17 7. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. And select Use same settings as my incoming mail server. 8. Now click the Advanced tab and select the check box This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) for Incoming server. 9. For Outgoing server (SMTP), select TLS.

18 To configure your Thunderbird client: 1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird application. 2. Select Edit Menu and choose Account Settings (if you are running Linux Operating System), select Tools Menu and choose Account Settings (if you have Windows Operating System) 3. Now select Account and click Next.

19 4. Enter your name and address and click Next.

20 5. Enter Incoming and Outgoing Mail server mail.limedomains.net

21 6. Enter your user name and click Next.

22 7. Now click Finish.

23 Now again: 8. Select Edit Menu and choose Account Settings (if you are running Linux Operating System), select Tools Menu and choose Account Settings (if you have Windows Operating System).

24 9. Now select Server Settings and select SSL option in Security Settings.

25 10. Now select Outgoing Server (SMTP) and edit the settings.

26 11. Select TLS in Security Option Click OK.

27 Steps for BlackBerry Device: 1. To configure accounts on your BlackBerry phone - open Settings on your BlackBerry phone. 2. Login to your account or create a new account if you don t have any account with your BlackBerry service provider. 3. Open Accounts Link from Services. 4. Now open Add an Account Link and enter your address in to address input box e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com 5. Enter your password in Password Input box and click on next link. You get the message your account has been successfully configured. If not then, 6. Choose I will provide the mail server configuration. 7. This step asks for your username, mail server information - provide the username eg. yourname@yourdomain.com and mail server information - mail.limedomains.net. 8. Now this message gets displayed on your BlackBerry device Your account has been configured successfully.
