THE WAY WE DO THINGS AT GLOBAL P4P Step 1. Position Description Global P4P has in depth knowledge of recruitment methods and a deep understanding of the industries that we recruit for. Interviews Once we have short-listed the eligible candidates, where possible we have a face to face interview. This allows us to make an assessment of their presentation their attitude and their competencies. Our Team Michael Harding Clients benefit from Michael s 12 years experience across all sectors of the civil and construction industry. Having worked in London with various construction companies such as Scanmoor, Multiplex, and Byrne Bros on large scale infrastructure projects such as Wembley stadium metro. With valuable experience gained in large civil projects from initial stages right through to completion Michael was also able to work on some major pipelines here in Australia with Murphy Pipe and Civil on the construction of 118km water pipeline, 168km gas pipeline and 680km of Fibre Optic. This job with a project value of $400+million for client QGC. Michael also worked with Saipem Eni on the GNLG Pipeline for Santos. This 420km Pipeline project with an estimated value of $18.5 billion was the largest project Santos have done. Michael is committed to providing high quality, safety-focused and experienced workers, in order to build long lasting relationships with both new and existing clients Brendan Luddy Brendan offers 14 years experience within the construction industry that supports his exceptional coordination and management skills. This experience has been gained through working on largescale construction projects within Australia and internationally. Brendan s skills extend to Contracts Administration, Project Coordination and Project Management. These skills have been developed and are an asset within the labour hire and recruiting industries. Client s also benefit from Brendan s comprehensive understanding of construction safety procedures policies coupled with the management skills to ensure strategic and effective project implementation. Previous roles have utilised his administrative and management skills as well as on-the ground operations which has provided him with first-hand knowledge of construction and associated services that are required to ensure effective and positive project outcomes. Throughout this process Brendan has developed strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, effective organisation skills and has a keen eye for attention to detail. Brendan has completed a Diploma in Project Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, which only strengthens his abilities and commitment to the successful outcome of all projects. Patrick Doheny Patrick brings over 15 years experience in the construction Industry worldwide including America, Ireland, England and Australia. After eight years of operating heavy plant machinery and supervising projects in Ireland, England and Australia Patrick decided to further his education with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2012. Since graduating Patrick has worked in the United States as a Civil Engineer managing civil projects, then returned to Australia where he worked on major pipeline projects worth in excess of $400 million, and major civil project in Victoria including deep sewer and basement construction.
