A registered charity, SURHUL represents and involves over 9,600 students, both undergraduate and postgraduate. We offer a unique marketing opportunity helping you to connect with our students. FRESHERS Welcome Packs We produce and distribute 3,000 welcome packs (goody bags) to our new arrivals which includes a combination of leaflet inserts and samples. We also offer a Fresher s package that comprises of: exclusive bag sponsorship (logo on bag and flyer inserts), 2 day Freshers Fayre stall and 2 social media posts throughout Freshers week. Freshers Package: 2,499 A5 leaflet insert per 3,000: 600 Sample insert per 3,000 300 Wall Planners Our wall planner adorns the walls of hall dorms and student bedrooms throughout Royal Holloway, and with 3,000 of these printed each academic year they provide a great opportunity for you to get your company noticed. Freshers Helpers T-Shirts Throughout the Freshers Fayre over 150 current students will be wearing t-shirts whilst moving in Freshers. Freshers Stall Hire Our Freshers Fayre is a 2 day event that attracts over 3,000 students. The fayre will be held in and around our SU building which is a central hub of activity for our students. YEAR ROUND OPPORTUNITIES DIGITAL Website: Banner Advertising Placing your advert on our website s homepage will ensure it s seen by our students. With over 10,000 unique visitors and an average of 30,000 hits per month, banners are a great way to get noticed. Banner per week: 100 Banner per month: 300 SU Website News & Social Media If you have an event or a piece of news you d like to share, we offer several opportunities for using our social media channels. Our Facebook page has over 8,000 followers with an average reach of over 1,000 and our Twitter page has over 2,600 followers. PRINT Events Guide We print 2,000 events listings every 4 weeks, and these are distributed at various sites around the campus. Price: 200 per issue Posters Flyer Distribution Hand to hand distribution, delivered by our student promotional team, flyers provide a direct marketing opportunity for your business. Price: 250 per 1,000 flyers, A5 or smaller We have a number of poster boards and notice boards located in and around the SU, in prime locations for grabbing our students attention. A4: 2.50 per poster per week A3: 5 per poster per week Alternatively, your flyers can be placed in various areas around the Student s Union. Price: 200 per 1,000 flyers, A5 or smaller Vinyl Banners We have a number of locations to place vinyl banners in high footfall locations. Price: 200 per banner week
On site stall hire On site promotion is available during term time, as well as large scale activites if you have a particular promotion or offer to advertise to our students. Whole day: 150 Half Day (4 hours): 100 Large scale on site activity: 499 (further details on request) Student Media We have three student media outlets and can offer advertising across all three channels; Insanity Radio is an FM station that is listened to by students, staff and local residents. The Orbital is our A4 monthly publication, 3,000 copies are printed and distributed each month during term time. Sponsor an Event Sponsor A Team With over 80 teams at Royal Holloway competing at different levels there is the opportunity for you to sponsor a team. We can tailor a sponsorship package to suit your budget.
