cntribute t the STARplex missin, visin, values and business drivers. Establish Key Perfrmance Indicatrs t mnitr fitness centre prgress n the implementatin and perfrmance f the plan. Reprt mnthly n KPI s t the General Manager Wrkfrce develpment Frmulate and implement a wrkfrce develpment plan which enables the fitness centre t be an emplyer f chice by: - Attracting and retaining quality emplyees Increasing prductivity and prfitability Imprving the level f custmer service Reducing turnver, absenteeism and wrkplace injury The wrkfrce develpment plan will build and mtivate a high perfrming team and address the key areas f recruitment, training, management, appraisal, reward, wrkplace practices and successin planning. With reference t the business plan prepare an annual budget fr the fitness centre Mnitr financial perfrmance against budget and reprt mnthly t the General Manager. Respnd t financial trends and instigate crrective strategies where these fall behind budget Operatinal Management Apply a sund understanding f fitness prgramming, physical exercise and custmer care in the day t day peratin f the fitness centre Emply sund ethics, cmmercial judgement and decisin making capability in all business relatinships and dealings with staff and clleagues Ensure best practice prcesses by establishing effective wrking systems and accurate, reliable measurement tls Attend and cntribute t meetings f Cre Manager s and the Business Operatins Cmmittee. Establish regular cmmunicatins with the marketing manager t ensure sales and marketing peratins are respnding t fitness business plan targets Apply STARplex plicies and initiatives in the fitness centre Attend t custmer cmplaints and feedback Meet industry and legislative requirements fr accreditatin and registratin f the fitness centre and its staff and fr its safe, cleanly peratin Establish and maintain gd relatinships with stakehlders and particularly with the wider Trinity Cllege cmmunity

Quality cntrl Ensure all peratinal safety standards are met, plant and equipment is maintained and crrect prcedures fllwed Arrange regular safety and health audits f the fitness centre t ensure a safe, efficient and envirnmentally friendly peratin and the systematic maintenance f plant and equipment including air cnditining.
