Respnd t financial trends and instigate crrective strategies where these fall behind budget Operatinal Management Apply a sund understanding f fitness prgramming, physical exercise and custmer care in the day t day peratin f the fitness centre Emply sund ethics, cmmercial judgement and decisin making capability in all business relatinships and dealings with staff and clleagues Ensure best practice prcesses by establishing effective wrking systems and accurate, reliable measurement tls Attend and cntribute t meetings f Cre Manager s and the Business Operatins Cmmittee.
