T becme certified, technicians must attend at least attend the RAE Systems Classic Certified Service Technician Training curse. We recmmend that technicians als attend the RAE Systems Basic and Advanced Certified Service Technician Training curses. T maintain certificatin, technicians must repeat their training at least nce every tw years. They may be waived frm repeating the Classic curse if they regularly repair and service RAE instruments. End users with large deplyments f RAE Systems equipment, such as the military and refinery peratrs, may find that having their wn trained service technicians reduces csts and increases equipment readiness. Successful cmpletin f the exam at the end f each curse entitles the attendee t a "Certificate f Cmpletin," which is valid fr tw years. In mst cases, this satisfies the requirement.
