Smart Wired Housing Comprehensive understanding of new home technology. This course is conducted in WA in partnership with a company called Avarnti who have been working with new home technology since 2002. Supervising Trades Minimum of Cert III in Building, Construction and Trade Qualified trades people experienced in supervising trades people on a construction site within the last 2 years. This course is divided into 10 sections and trades. Each trainer needs to have experience within the trade as well as experience in supervising.
