Exhibitor Agenda: Friday, May 6 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. Breakfast 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Registration and Booth Set-up 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. Welcome and Officer Installation 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Annual Meeting Educational Sessions 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Trade Show and Lunch 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Exhibitor Booth Teardown As an AAHE Annual Meeting Exhibitor, your company is permitted two (2) vendor representatives per booth and will receive: Two (2) complimentary AAHE annual meeting registrations to attend the educational sessions and events. You must register for the events; see page 4. One (1) 6 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs. Two (2) complimentary lunches. You must register to receive the lunch vouchers; see page 4. Attendee Roster (provided on-site). Liability and Security Each exhibitor must make provisions for the safeguarding of his/her goods, materials, equipment and display at all times. General overall security will be provided by the AAHE for the convention period. The AAHE will not be responsible for the loss of any exhibit material by or for any cause. Assignment of Space Booth spaces will be assigned according to the following criteria: number of spaces purchased and dispersion of similar exhibits. The final assignment of all booths is at the sole discretion of the AAHE. Booth Construction and Arrangement All booths will consist of a tabletop display on a 6 ft. skirted table. If an exhibitor desires to deviate from the standard booth space requirements, permission must be obtained from Anna Sroczynski, AAHE Liaison. Electricity (110 volt) will be available; however, you must provide your own power strip and extension cord. Booth Rental Booth space will be available at the rental rate of $500.00 for AAHE members and $600.00 for non-members.
