EXHIBITOR PACKAGES The Coober Pedy Gem Trade Show is a great outback show. Held in Coober Pedy, the Opal Capital of the World provides the opportunity for miners, wholesalers and retailers from around Australia and the World to showcase their products to the industry and the broader public. A one-on-one environment that will enable you to: Create new and loyal customers Become a valued and trusted resource by helping the attendees to improve their business Last year s show was a huge success. This year promises to be even better The 2017 Gem Trade Show The 2017 Gem Trade Show will comprise of two days of local, state and national exhibitors to showcase their products in a professional environment. There will also be stall holders displaying associated jewellery equipment such as polishing and cutting machines and accessories. The stall holders present over the two days will be buyers and sellers of international and national note. It is estimated that there will be 10-15 booth holders and/or stalls. The 2017 Coober Pedy Gem Trade Show will be open: Saturday 15 th April 2017 9:00am 12:00pm (registered buyers only) 12:00pm 5:00pm & Sunday 16 th April 2017 9:00am 5:00pm at the Coober Pedy Croation Club, Coober Pedy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Venue: Bookings: Payment: The venue will be the Croation Club of Coober Pedy, Flinders Street, Coober Pedy No booking will be accepted for less than the two days (15 th and 16 th April) and NO doubling-up on sites will be permitted without prior permission. The Gem Trade Show Committee reserves the right to refuse bookings and to allocate space. Booths will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis. Registration of booths will be accepted via fax, email, post or in-person. All bookings must be received by Friday 31 st March 2017 Full payment for the booth must be paid by 5pm (South Australian Time) Friday 31 st March 2017. Please make cheques payable to 2017 Coober Pedy Gem Trade Show. Exhibitors wishing to pay by credit card will be charged a credit card fee of 3% of the value of the transaction. All prices include GST. Cancellation: Booth cancellations received in writing by Friday 31 st March 2017 will be refunded less a 25% handling charge. After 31 st March 2017, there will be no refunds. If for any reason the Gem Trade Show is cancelled by the organizers, there will be a full refund. Insurance: Booths: Logos: Lighting: Security: Exhibitors should consult their own insurance company and/or broker for proper coverage of their exhibits and displays, as the Coober Pedy Gem Trade Show committee take no responsibility for booth and stall holders stock. The Gem Trade Show Committee reserves the right to refuse bookings and to allocate space. Booths will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis. Exhibits may be set up after 3.00pm on Friday, 14 th April 2017. Exhibitor displays and materials will need to be removed from the exhibition area by 6 pm on Sunday 16 th April 2017. All goods offered for sale must be truly labelled. No tea, coffee or food items shall be on offer without written permission from the Gem Trade Show Committee. No souvenirs will be allowed to be on sale at the Gem Trade Show without the written permission of the Gem Trade Show Committee (i.e. T-shirts, hats, caps, etc.). Exhibitors must keep their allocated space and exhibit, clean and tidy, and store all rubbish in proper containers. Gem Trade Show organisers will ensure daily cleaning and collection of litter from central points. Booth holders (or their delegates) are required to be present at their booths until close of trading on both days. Booth holders may not pack up their stand early. We will require your company logo (high definition j-peg) and a brief description of your products in electronic format for printing in the official 2017 Coober Pedy Gem Trade Show program to be handed out to buyers and to be placed onto the official website. If you require additional lighting, booth holders must supply their own, including extension leads, power boards or adaptors.
