Join us in promoting the many varied accomplishments achieved in the field of reclamation, and exploring the history, reclamation issues and achievements of the Timmins/Porcupine mining camp. The conference will showcase three days of technical presentations and posters, short courses, a tradeshow, reclamation and student award presentations, and local field trips. ABOUT THE CANADIAN LAND RECLAMATION ASSOCIATION The Canadian Land Reclamation Association/Association canadienne de réhabilitation des sites dégradés (CLRA/ACRSD) is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in The Association encourages personal and corporate involvement where reclamation or rehabilitation of disturbed lands is planned or implemented. Its members meet annually for technical discussion, information exchange and personal interaction. Local activities occur in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec where there are active provincial chapters. The CLRA/ACRSD provides its members with up-to-date technical information through the publication of the magazine Canadian Reclamation and proceedings of its annual conferences. These publications along with short courses, seminars, and field trips allow the organization to have an informal, instructional role in the decision-making processes of reclamation/rehabilitation projects and to act as a forum for the dissemination of ideas and information pertinent to reclamation activities. If you or your company are involved with or interested in reclamation of land or watercourses, environmental guidelines and/or enforcement, decommissioning, research (products, methods or equipment), or education, consider becoming a member of Canada's only national association concerned solely with reclamation.

5 SHOW INFORMATION & REGULATIONS General Show Information BOOTH SET UP: Sunday, June 26 th, :00PM - 8:00PM Monday, June 27 th, :00AM - 9:30AM EXHIBITION: Monday June 27 th and Tuesday June 28 th, 2016 Complete Exhibitor Rules & Regulations will be forwarded closer to the conference RESERVING YOUR SPACE: Requests for space are considered only upon receipt of your application for exhibit space. The application must be completed, signed and accompanied by the required deposit payment in full. (See Exhibit Application Form). BOOTH DIMENSIONS: 10' wide x 8' deep BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS: All standard booth spaces will have an 8' high back wall and side rails. (Exhibit dimensions are strictly enforced.) BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: assignments will be made on a selection process with first choices being made on the number of booths requested and earliest deposits received. In all instances we will attempt to give you one of your three selections but in the event they are unavailable, management will contact you to assist in the selection of alternative space. TERMS: Each booth requires a deposit of $ and is due with your application. A contract will be issued requiring final payment in full no later than June 15th. Please note that all contracts and invoicing will be in Canadian dollars. There will be a 13% HST tax added to each booth. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will not be accepted after June 1 st, The exhibitor is responsible for the total booth rental, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cancellation prior to June 1 st, 2016, will forfeit the booth deposit. BOOTH FURNISHINGS: Standard equipment in each booth includes the wall draping, a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs. Exhibitors are responsible for reserving any power, special lighting, or additional furnishings. The management will send you a complete information package from our show supplier after receiving your booth application. CONFERENCE ADMISSION: Purchase of exhibit booth space entitles you to one (1) full delegate package for each booth space booked (does not include the banquet, field trips or short courses).
