Traineeships for 16-23 year olds Traineeships are designed to be flexible to meet your needs and those of employers. Traineeships can prepare you for your future career. Traineeships last from six weeks to five months and include: Employability (job) skills Functional English and maths skills (if needed) A substantial work placement for at least 100 hours.
