INTRODUCTION CARDIOSPY MOBILE 1 Introduction Dear Customer, We welcome you on the occasion that you are using our 12 channel Resting ECG device. We sincerely hope that our product will be able to effectively help your medicinal work. Please carefully read the user manual about the usage of the device and the programs for androids! The introduction of the programs requires a basic level of user knowledge of Tablet, Smartphone and Android. What is EC-12RM Mobile? The EC-12RM is a compact ECG device, which can forward real-time, 12 channel ECG signals to any Android device (e.g.: tablet or smartphone) via Bluetooth connection. This way the device can make excellent quality ECG records in a mobile and fast method. We can measure certain sections of the ECG and customize the on-screen display of the ECG to suit our own needs. There are several methods to forward each record: jpeg and MFER formats are both accepted in the Cardiospy cloud application. When should we use the EC-12RM device? The product is ideal to use in an emergency car, because: - the tablet is easy to use because it is small and mobile - wireless technology eliminates the inconvenience of using cables - records are easy to upload to an emergency centre where they are immediately evaluated by Cardiospy s cloud application - it immediately provides feedback on the patient s condition - it performs a preliminary analysis of the patient on his way to the hospital - the patient receives the appropriate treatment sooner as patient registration takes less time 2 LABTECH LTD.

CARDIOSPY MOBILE MINIMUM SYSTEM CONFIGURATION REQUIREMENTS 3 Minimum system configuration requirements In order to operate Cardiospy Mobile a Tablet with Android operation system or a Smartphone is required. The system consist of a 2RM resting ECG device, two softwares. Cardiospy Mobile software is intalled on the Smartphone, while Cardiospy is installed on the central computer. The tablet and the smartphone are not part of the system. Internet is a prerequisite for the operation. So it is woth buying a device, which is capable of 3 G communication. BASIC SYSTEM CARDIOSPY MOBILE 4 Basic system 4.1 ECG device and communication The EC-12RM is a compact ECG device, which can forward real-time, 12 channel ECG signals to any Android device (e.g.: tablet or smartphone) via Bluetooth connection. This way the device can make excellent quality ECG records in a mobile and fast method. 4.2 Real-time ECG display The program is in real-time connection with the recorder with Bluetooth communication, is it can draw fully real-time ECG of the patient. The precision and noise free operation of the drawing process is guaranteed by built-in filters. A QRS detector is also built into the system to define heart frequency. The program can record 5-10-20 sec-parts, saving them on the SD card of the device. 6 LABTECH LTD.
CARDIOSPY MOBILE 4.3 Sending reports in e-mail BASIC SYSTEM You can forward the records by clicking on a botton, to a pre-set e-mail account, as a JPEG record. Thus, the records of the patient can quickly and easily be examined by anybody else. 4.4 Forwarding the record to Cardiospy Server The program can send records from anywhere to our Cardiospy server application, which is part of the basic system. In order to communicate a computer with fix IP address and internet connection is needed. You only need to set the IP address of this computer in the software and the connection is realized. So, you can immediately send records from the internet connected tablet or smartphone to the server application. The server application with its automated interpretation evaluates the record and it can immediately be sent back. LABTECH LTD. 7
BASIC SYSTEM 4.5 Record viewer CARDIOSPY MOBILE You can use the Select channel, Paper speed, Amplitude buttons and the Display button in the Settings menu like in previous occasion. This way you can adjust the view to your preferences. You can scroll the screen continuously by pressing and sweeping your finger on the display of the device. This function is available in case of long records which do not fit onto a single display. The scrollbar on the bottom of the display show your current location in the record. From the Android 2.3 Operating systems you can use the ECG ruler. You can use this function by using two fingers to select the area to be measured (Multi touch function). Selected intervall: Represents the intervall since the mouse was pressed in the blue box provided in ms. Indicated RR intervall: Here we can see the number of beats, the length of the section between the first and last QRS and the average HR measured in the intervall from the selected section. 4.6 Patient data bases The program has its own data base, where it can store the records and the patients data. So it can look up the record of a patient anytime. 4.7 Continuous updateing and developments Our aim is to develop our program. Generally, we update every two months with improvement and new.
