3 Welcome System Requirements Thank you for choosing to install Trapeze for Invoice Processing, an innovative automated Accounts Payable solution, by CVISION Technologies. Trapeze for Invoice Processing can be used to automatically extract information from forms and invoices. Transitioning to automated invoice processing frees a considerable amount of time for employees to work on other, more value-producing projects allowing organization to realize a measurable ROI in a short period of time. Prior to installing Trapeze for Invoice Processing, be sure to verify that your system meets the requirements outlined below: Processor: RAM: Hard Drive: Intel Xeon Processor 2.8GHZ and higher 2GB RAM per Core 500MB Operating Systems: Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 or 8 (32 or 64-bit versions) To install Trapeze for Invoice Processing Double-click the installation icon (pictured left) to begin the installation. Trapeze displays the Program Installation splash screen (Figure 1). Program Installation splash screen (Figure 1) After a moment, Trapeze displays the InstallShield Wizard (Figure 2). 1

Trapeze for Invoice Processing License Agreement (Figure 3) After reading the License Agreement, select I accept the terms of the license agreement, then click the button to display Select Destination dialog (Figure 4). 2

5 On this dialog, you can either accept the default installation path, or click the button to select a different location. When you have selected the Installation location, click the button to display the Confirm Installation dialog (Figure 5). Select Destination dialog (Figure 4) 3

6 Confirm Installation dialog (Figure 5) If you need to change any of the selections you made, click the button to make the necessary revisions. When you are ready, click the button to continue. When the installation is complete, Trapeze displays the InstallShield Wizard Complete dialog (Figure 6). Click to close the wizard. InstallShield Wizard Complete dialog (Figure 6) 4

7 To start Trapeze for Invoice Processing From the Windows Start menu (pictured left), click the Trapeze icon in your CVISION folder. If you are running an evaluation version, or have not yet registered your purchased license for Trapeze for Invoice Processing, you will see the License Activation dialog (Figure 7) prior to starting Trapeze. Your initial installation allows you to process up to 1,000 pages in up to 10 days of usage. License Activation dialog (Figure 7) To use (or continue using) the Evaluation License To activate your purchased license via internet Click. All files that you process during the evaluation period will include an evaluation watermark. On the License Activation dialog (Figure 7), click to display the Activate License via Internet dialog (Figure 8). 5

8 Activate License via Internet dialog (Figure 8) Type or copy the Activation Code that was sent to you in your CVISION Order Confirmation , then click send your code to CVISION and activate your license. to When the confirmation dialog appears, click complete. to 6

9 To activate your purchased license without an internet connection On the License Activation dialog (Figure 7), click the If you have no internet connection link to display the Activation dialog (Figure 9). Note: If you use this method of activating your license, you will need to do it the same way for all future transfers and upgrades. Activation via the Internet is therefore preferred if at all possible. Activation dialog (Figure 9) Click on the Support link to create an message from your default mail. Insert the order number from your CVISION Order Confirmation , then send the message. Within 24 business hours you will receive a reply containing a license file. Save the license file anywhere on the machine where you want to install Trapeze. Double click the file to activate your license. 7
