Key performance data for your vehicles and drivers is presented live in a simple colour-coded display, blue is parked, green is moving and on target and orange is engine idle, whilst a red display indicates that alerts have occurred on this vehicle, that are outside of target parameters. This breakthrough technology effortlessly enables fleet managers to see, in real-time, performance issues as they occur - giving fleet wide transparency in every area of vehicle activity. The dashboard displays live colour-coded tiles, grouping together the key information of vehicle and driver activity and performance into an easy-to-read panel. Each tile independently displays its colour based on its individual parameter statuses, while the background display also changes colour to display the overall status of the vehicle. Page 3

Detailed Trip Report The Detailed Trip Report provides a complete overview of a vehicle s activity, reporting any events and alerts that may have occurred during the trip, in addition to start and end times and locations, distances and durations, and maximum and average speeds. Time Utilisation Report The Time Utilisation Report provides a 24h view of a vehicles usage. Each report can contain any number of days. This report makes it easy to identify a vehicle s usage patterns, such as late and early start or end times, as well as highlighting periods when the engine is idle. Time Sheet Report The Time Sheet Report provides a 5-day view of one or more vehicles usage, in a single concise report, containing all information required to validate a driver s timesheets. Mileage Report The Mileage Report provides a vehicle-by-vehicle list of the mileage accrued during a specified reporting period, including start and end locations. On-Site Report The On-Site Report allows one or more point of interest positions to be selected, and generates an activity report on all vehicle activity within that site(s). Exception Report The Exception Report lists any alerts or exceptions that a vehicle or driver may have incurred. Exceptions include speed limit infractions (whether national or fleet specified), entering congestion zones and idling. Detailed Event Log The Detailed Event Log lists every event and alert that occurred within a specified date range. This report details the event or alert name, as well as the time, date, location, speed and any other situation-specific data, related to the event or alert. Page 5
