We have moved into our new Headquarters in Scottsdale, opened our newest branch office in Las Vegas NV, and have rolled out several new hardware and software products, features, and capabilities N. Very soon, all customers will be able to very easily classify and associate their landmarks, vehicles, stops, and trips with completely custom, user-defined data. This will allow you to place custom metadata about your operation anywhere you wish within GPS Insight. This will allow for the ultimate in custom reporting, alerts, and will give you and your company a very large advantage by using GPS Insight. Featured customer success story: Ahern Rentals, a Las Vegas headquartered rental company, has always been a source of great customer feedback and has driven many of GPS Insight s development requests. Their Executive Vice President, Evan Ahern, asked us recently to help them save fuel by curbing idling. In June, we started sending messages to their drivers Blackberry devices whenever they exceeded New GPS Insight dashboard 7 minutes idling. Instantly, their 42% average idle behavior plummeted all the way down to 22%. This translated to 40,000 fewer gallons of fuel being consumed in the next two months -- roughly a $100,000 per month savings, just by stopping excess idling. 2 g p s i n s i g h t. c o m GPS Insight completes the move into our new offices By expanding again into larger headquarters space, and opening our 4th office in Las Vegas, GPS Insight continues to grow our staff to take care of customers. We have doubled the size of our support area, and have hired several new support and administrative employees to make sure that we keep our commitment to existing customers and your 24x7 support needs. Mix and match hardware One of the biggest advantages to GPS Insight, besides our industrybest mapping and reporting, is our wide variety of high-quality hardware. We have several different hardware offerings, but they ALL work together within the same GPS Insight web-based software suite. GPS Insight has always known that hardware is the commodity part of GPS tracking. That is why we work with many different exceptional hardware vendors to bring you a wide range of hardware offerings. It is our software which sets us apart in the GPS tracking space, as well as our wide range of hardware vendors. Additionally, we now have a sales and sales support office in Las Vegas on West Flamingo Rd., which will help us support our growth and strategic partners in this significant market, as well as the overall region. Keeping up with them as a customer or prospective customer is not always easy. That s why we produced several new demonstrations for you to see at under Demos. The new demonstrations we offer are: GPS Insight Dashboard Demonstration (12 minutes) Overall Mapping Demonstration (40 minutes) Complete Report Demonstration (72 minutes) Automated Alerts (15 minutes) Scheduled Reports (14 minutes) All of our longer video demonstrations include a table of contents for easy viewing of key topics. The GPS Insight Dashboard Demonstration goes over our newest configurable dashboard options, and how to customize the GPS Insight interface to your exact requirements, then quickly switch or share different views based on groups or functionality. GPS Insight s new Mapping Demonstration goes through the dashboard, web browser, and Google Earth based mapping capabilities. Landmarks, Directions, Traffic, current and historical vehicle locations are all covered in depth. GPS Insight s Reporting demonstration walks through every one of our powerful reports, as well as the report interface, report scheduling, and exporting data to Excel. Types of reports include activity summary, odd-hours usage, idle time, speeding, stop detail, and over 20 others. GPS Insight has a powerful set of scheduled reports and automated alerts. By using the administration tools detailed in these two demonstrations, you can ensure that all the necessary reports are delivered daily, weekly, or monthly to your inbox, and that you are alerted in real-time to problem behavior by your drivers.

4 gpsinsight.com Learn more about the GPS Insight Dashboard The GPS Insight dashboard is truly a one-ofa-kind offering which allows our customers to decide which functionality they wish to see on the main interface. You can size, move, and add or delete individual dashboard components (called dashlets). If you want to see more than one map, just add a second, or third, or fourth. Each list or map can be set to show only one group of vehicles for easy visual separation of different groups or areas. Additionally, any dashboard layout can be saved, and shared among the organization. In this document, we detail the best practices for getting started with GPS Insight, beginning to use the various maps, reports, alerts, and custom capabilities. By using this road map as a guideline, you will maximize your value from using the GPS Insight solution. This road map is a free download available on the front page of and is available as three separately downloadable.pdf files. Additionally, we are happy to send customers or prospects a high quality printed version (or several) of this document on request. Some sample pages from the document are shown below: This implementation document, as well as our various online demonstrations, support documentation, and blog articles, are typically the best place to start when incorporating GPS Insight into your company s operations. Stop Graphs visually indicate all vehicle activity, idles are blue In this page, an Odd-Hours Report is shown, as well as the various ways to map that odd-hours activity directly from the report. This gives both report-based and map-based views into your drivers potentially unauthorized behavior. Landmark Creation is detailed within this part of the implementation document. Landmarks are a key part of GPS Insight, and may be imported from spreadsheets, or created on the fly from reports (stops), or maps (by clicking the vehicle s location). The Stop Detail Report and Stop Detail Graph are useful for determining in both report and graphical format, what the drivers in your fleet are doing throughout the day. Each report details the time and mileage between stops, as well as stop location and time.
