Focus of course was changed from functional to process based according to new methodology on Business Process Modeling. 2010 Incorporated new software to QA 251 and QA 252 MyStatlab 2010 Developed hands-on method to introduce class probability and conditional probability using M&Ms in QA 251. Created lab worksheet and associated assignments. 2010- Revised K Nex Production Lab. Worked with Richard Freishstat, Director of Pedagogical Support to further develop the lab to increase complexity as well as include a reflection essay.
