INTEGRATIVE SENIOR PROJECT: THE KENDALL ISP The most important experience I've gained from Capstone is that of putting myself outside of my comfort zone and managing a large group of people. I've had the opportunity to act as a group leader in other classes but never before on this scale-- it was very different from anything I've ever done before and I definitely learned where some of my strengths and weaknesses lie.
