7 International Recruitment Forum From strength to strength a successful event From its first edition held in the Caux Palace, the International Recruitment Forum has grown exponentially and is now held at the Montreux Music and Convention Centre. In October 2012: 180 recruiters were present representing 60 companies 90 chief executive offices, managing directors, vice-presidents, general managers as well as directors and managers of human resources attended the forum Over 2,700 interviews were conducted over two days Graduating students had an average of 2 interviews Over 100 career presentations were held A keynote motivational presentation and 8 workshops dealing with hospitality topics took place 7 Where are students being recruited after graduation?
