ACCORDING TO THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS OCCUPATIONAL OUTLOOK HANDBOOK IN THE YEAR 2018, 80% OF JOBS IN VIRGINIA WILL NEED MORE TRAINING THAN JUST THE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. NOT EVERYONE HAS TO GO THE COLLEGE TO GET MORE TRAINING IT COULD BE ON THE JOB TRAINING, MILITARY TRAINING, TECHNICAL SCHOOL, 2 YEAR COLLEGE OR 4 YEAR COLLEGE TRAINING, BUT THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS MOST PEOPLE WILL NEED MORE TRAINING, AND EVEN IF ITS ADDITIONAL TRAINING THROUGH A CERTIFICATE PROGRAM, THE MORE EDUCATION/TRAINING YOU GET, THE BETTER THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES ARE FOR YOU.
