Developed community youth program 21 st Century Youth Development Program that involved fourteen municipalities in North St. Louis County. Directed the operation of the National Youth Sports Program on campus which engaged over 400 area youth, ages 10-16, in an academic and athletic summer program. Responsible for the development and implementation of GEARUP and Student Support Services grants two of the largest grants received by STLCC. Oversaw the complete renovation of the Student Center a multi-million dollar project. Oversaw the development and implementation of a successful service learning program.
