Disaster Planning Have a plan to manually run your plant. Some designs do not allow the Building Automation System to reconfigure the plant, so you need to have a plan in place. Have a plan to manually operate your vital equipment (AHUs,Lighting, etc.).
Q11: Is there really a big difference between manufacturer A & B?
YES and NO! There are feature differences, but they may not be your highest priority. When selecting a system, you need to know what you want out of the system? Easy of use (Important, Not Important). Graphics (Important, Not Important). Support from your vendors local office? You must be involved in this decision! GC / Mechanical Contractor?
