High School Installed new fence for Pre-K activities by weight room. Installed new rails and side walks for the Pre- K students. Changed use of one class room for Pre-K use and changed toilet facilities to accommodate the age group. The entire drain system was video taped and cleared. All Toilets and Urinals were serviced (changed flanges and wax rings). Privacy partitions were installed in all Urinals. Solar project completed (Roof and car port). Six additional video surveillance cameras were installed and three other were upgraded. Entrance card reader working. Replaced Mc Quay chiller. Upgraded temperature controls (Honeywell). Replaced two chill water pumps. Repaired/replaced hot water pump controls (Alternating and varied speed). Gym floor was sanded and recoated (low VOC Urethane). The stage area was cleared/cleaned and painted. New Fire/Security panel was installed (damaged by lightning). Additional eye washes were installed as required by code. New carpet was installed through the school. Patched/painted Supervisor s room. Main Office. Painted Hallways and rooms. Stripped and waxed class rooms floors. Cleaned and sanitized all classrooms and furniture. Boilers, Chiller, Emergency Generator, Compressors, the Elevators, all Mechanical Equipment, Sprinklers, Fire extinguishers, Suppression Systems, all Kitchen s Appliances, Exhaust Systems, and Emergency Lights have been inspected and are working well and are in compliance with Federal, State, and Local Codes. The Middle School The Kitchen Renovation project is completed. All Security systems working well. The Gym s floor was sanded an recoated (low VOC Urethane). The Solar project was completed. All Damages by Solar installation also completed. Room D-02 was stripped, New Ceiling system, New Floor Tiles, New Exhaust and Circulating Fan were installed and the room was painted.

Room D-01 New Floor Tiles and New exhaust fan were installed. The room was also painted. The Cafeteria was also painted Old Water Coolers on First and Second Floor were removed and replaced with new ones in compliance with Codes. Drain Line from Second floor to Ground Floor was replaced. Walls were removed and new ones built to accept the new Water Coolers. The Teachers Lounge and the Auxiliary rooms were painted. The Kitchen s sink was removed, the walls were repaired. New Formica top and new Sink installed and additional Storage cabinets and Formica tops was also installed. Electric outlets were provided as needed. New Air Conditioning was added in Supervisors room in The Media Center. New Exhaust fans were installed in the Supervisors and the Auxiliary rooms in the Media Center. The loose bricks in the Towers in the Front of the School were removed and the towers were rebuilt. New Split Phase AC was installed in the Teachers Lounge first floor. The Compressor for the Walk-In refrigerator was replaced. The Temperature/Boilers controls were upgraded (Honeywell). All Floors were stripped and waxed. Wood Class rooms floors were sanded and recoated with low VOC Urethane. All Class rooms, furniture were cleaned and disinfected. Walls and rooms were painted as needed. New Fire/Security panel was installed and system upgraded (Franklin Alarm). Bathrooms were upgraded, Partitions and Doors added and new Appliances installed. The Boilers, Emergency Generator, Elevator, Compressor and all Mechanical Equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Suppression Systems, All Kitchen s Appliances, Exhaust Systems, and Emergency Lights have been inspected and are in Compliance with Federal, State, an Local Codes.

School # 4 The Solar Project is completed. New Gas Lines from street to meter were installed (Gas Company). New roof drains (downspouts) were installed, playground side. All Security systems working well. Changed some doors locks to comply with codes. Installed safety view glass in Main Office Door and the Cafeteria s door. Installed new window Air Conditioning for Special Ed class 109. Replaced two cracked toilets. Replaced one Urinal. Installed wall cabinets in room 105 and room 106. Replaced frozen coil in room 100. Installed new Gas and Electric Convection Owens in cafeteria. The Cafeteria walls were painted and the floor stripped and waxed. The compressor for the AC in room 101 was replaced. Faucets were replaced in room PS2. New rails were installed by room PS2 and PS1 for added safety to loading and unloading students. All Class room floors were stripped and waxed and all furniture were cleaned and sanitized. Additional controls were requested by the Insurance Inspector were installed in the Boiler. One Water Pump was replaced. The Boiler, Compressor, and all Mechanical Equipment including Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Suppression System, All Kitchen s appliances, Exhaust System, Emergency Lights, Elevator and Chair Lift have been inspected and are working well and in compliance with Federal., State, and Local Codes. School # 5 The Solar Project was completed. Security system working well. Frigidaire and Microwave Oven in Teachers Lounge were replaced. New Gas and Electric Convection Owens were installed in the Kitchen. Emergency Generator from High School working well. Additional controls in the Boiler, requested by the Insurance Inspector were completed. New Ejection pump for the K area was installed (drain for that area). The drains were video taped and cleaned. Hallways and rooms and Cafeteria were painted and touched up as needed Thermostats and controls have been upgraded

All Class room s floors were stripped and waxed, furniture cleaned and sanitized. Two Exhaust Fans in the bathrooms were replaced. Frozen heating coil in Cafeteria was repaired. The Boiler, Emergency Generator, Compressor and all Mechanical Equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Suppression System, All Kitchen s Appliances, Exhaust System and Emergency Lights have been inspected and are in compliance with Federal, State, an Local Codes. Summary Facilities are important for the well being of the Staff and the Students and are a contributing factor to Good Education. We know what is at stake and make no excuses. We do what needs to be done weather it implies Air quality or Disinfecting the class rooms or changing the Light Bulbs.
