2 REPAIR LANDLORD TENANT Notifying Repairs Any alteration or improvement you have carried out to the property Permission required Water damage caused by push-on shower adapters Bath Bathroom and kitchen tiles Blocked drains (caused by you) Blocked sink (caused by you) Blocked toilet (caused by you) Carbon monoide detectors Tenant required to regularly check and vacuum Catches and ironmongery on windows, ecluding tightening handles Ceilings and walls Central heating pipes, timer clocks, thermostats and pumps Chimney sweeping Chimney, flue, pots and cowls Clothes lines, cords and props Clothes poles and rotary driers (installed by us) Coal bunker - fied Cold water supply and storage tank Commissioning heating systems when gas or oil has run out Will be recharged to tenant Communal areas hall and stair lighting Communal areas including door entry systems Cooker socket Door bells (installed by us) Door closers if fitted by us Door numbers Tenants must not fi numbers directly to the door unless of an adhesive nature. Door names require permission Door stoppers (if installed by us) Draught ecluders and draught strips to eternal doors only
