Enriching summer These two months of intense work in the summer session have contributed not only to improving my English, but also keeping me in contact with different cultures that enriched my knowledge and capacity to deal with so many customs. An important purpose behind all that hard work, I believe, is constructing a great atmosphere in which friendship grows. The American Language Experience U.S.A. for the first time It s my first time to come to the U.S.A. and take classes in the ALP. I made a lot of friends from many other countries. Teachers are experienced and patient with us. In addition, the staff are so nice to resolve all of our questions. Actually, I learned a lot from classes such as how to speak fluently, write a great essay, read faster than before and know American culture. I really have had fun this summer and strongly recommend you take ALP classes before entering into undergraduate or graduate school. Li Jila-Ching (Joseph) from Taiwan TOEFL success! I studied in ALP during spring and summer. I had a good chance to meet other countries people and speak English with my teachers and friends. After the spring semester, I got my TOEFL score for entering university. I remember that moment when I jumped up in the ALP office because of my unbelievable TOEFL score. I was so lucky to meet people who made me cheer up; I am sure studying in ALP will be very useful in my university life. Hyeuk Yoon from Korea Program touched my life. I would recommend it to any foreign student. Juliana Marquis Figali from Brazil Enjoy a Semester Abroad in Southern California Studying 2 semesters at CSUF has truly been one of the best things in my life. I had the chance to learn a lot about the American culture and to see a different school system. The professors are very professional and they helped me achieve my study goals. Campus life is very eventful and offers lots of possibilities to meet people from different countries and cultures. Studying at CSUF will leave a lasting impression on you!
