Global Partner Summer School { 5

6 Our Global Partner Summer School offers many opportunities for you and your students. Individual institutions select students (and an accompanying faculty or staff member) to participate in a 4-week program at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA. Students take two courses on a noncredit basis that are chosen and approved by the home institution on a Monday to Friday morning academic schedule. Students enjoy frequent cultural excursions on weekends and weekday afternoons including a four-day excursion to Chicago. Students live on the beautiful Oxford campus in a specially selected residence hall and enjoy lunches at a campus restaurant and an Asian dinner buffet Monday to Friday with lunches or dinners on Saturday excursions. (Breakfasts and other meals are self-catered or purchased). Students enjoy the full campus services and facilities (libraries and museums, electronic access, student center, student recreation center, etc.) and easy walking access to Uptown Oxford s restaurants, stores and parks.
