The total enrollment is 14,000; of those 1250 are international students. 3 Admission Requirements UNDERGRADUATE High school diploma or graduation certificate Official sealed transcript TOEFL 61 or IELTS 6.0 Financial statement Copy of passport biographic page Freshmen: Minimum high school GPA 3.0 Transfer: Minimum 2.0 GPA required GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE TOEFL 79 or IELTS 6.5 A minimum GPA of 2.5 on final two years (3.0 recommended) Note: some departments require a higher GPA Official sealed transcript Some departments may have additional requirements and standards for admission. CONDITIONAL ADMISSION TO UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS (IEP + Undergraduate) For students who do not meet the English language requirement, but are academically qualified, an I-20 will be issued by CSUEB indicating that student will be admitted to the University undergraduate program upon meeting the English language requirement. American Language Program The American Language Program (ALP) at CSU, East Bay offers a wide range of high-quality, English language and other programs for students from all over the world.
