It is our policy to provide each prospective student with our school catalog which can be found on our website at We encourage you to download this document and review it prior to completing this form. Complete and sign the Application for Admission. (Can be found on our homepage 2. A non-refundable application fee of US $50 (one hundred fifty) is required from all applicants requiring an F- Student Visa. 3. Instruction will be in English language. Applicants whose preparatory education was principally in a language other than English must prove sufficient skills in English to be considered for admission. The university requires its applicants to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (or equivalent) For Business Fundamentals and Skills: ibt toefl - Undergraduates: 6 IELTS Undergraduates 5.0 TOEIC Undergraduates 600 For TESOL: ibt toefl - Undergraduates: 75 IELTS Undergraduates 6.0 TOEIC Undergraduates 750 For ESL: Students will be assessed on-site at CIBU upon arrival, and placed in appropriate level for language ability. No assessment is required with application. Applicants must submit such scores on official documents with their application.

This is required in order to obtain the student visa. Please note that the living expenses are estimates and vary depending on individual housing choices and other expenses. If you plan to bring your spouse and/or children, your financial verification must include an additional $500 per month for your spouse and $300 per month for each child. 5. Please submit a copy of your Passport. In addition, if you are in the U.S., please submit a copy of your visa page, the signed I-20 and your I-94 (both sides). 6. All students who have been issued an I-20 are required to have health insurance. Please show an official confirmation of your health insurance to the Admissions Office once you arrive in the U.S.
