THE WORLD OF SPORT SCIENCE Having worked with many teams and individual athletes, I have found that being able to apply knowledge to problems in different situations requires confidence gained from previous experience. We give our students confidence by putting them in practical situations throughout their years of study, equipping them to be an effective part of the workforce from day one. Steven Wills Lecturer I enjoyed the fact that the sport science staff are active practitioners in a variety of areas in sport science. Their knowledge has been beneficial to my learning and has assisted me with my career as a strength & conditioning coach with a variety of professional and amateur sports teams.
