He currently provides investment advisory services to organizations whose combined assets under management exceed $9.3 billion. Alexander, a Florida native, who learned how to surf at the age of four, is a dedicated educator. He prides himself on hosting more investment training seminars to CFOs and finance directors than any other financial advisor in the state of Florida. Among his many accomplishments, he authored Florida s Investment Policy Statute and serves on the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA as standing Advisor for the Treasury and Investment Management Committee. His passion, outside of the financial sector, is helping others. A devoted alumnus of Stetson University, Alexander currently serves on the Board of Trustees. Lewis is the Chief Executive Officer of LYNX, the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority. This regional transportation system has an operational coverage of more than 2500 square miles serving in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. Prior to joining LYNX, Mr. Lewis served as the CEO of the Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC). During Mr. Lewis tenure with the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Lewis held a series of progressively important management positions including Director of Rail Operations and Director of Bus Operations. Under his leadership, GRTC was awarded the American Public Transportation Association s System of the Year. While serving at MTA, Lewis implemented safety operational initiatives that are still being used at MTA today. Lewis currently holds the following leadership positions: Chair, Leadership APTA Committee, November 2011 Present Board Member, National Training Institute, January 2008 Present Board Member, Conference of Minority Transportation Officials 2011 Present Board Member, National Science Foundation/TOPS Committee 2013-Present Lewis serves as a member of the Nap Ford Community School Advisory Board; Wells Fargo Bank Community Advisory Board; and the African-American Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors. Currently at LYNX, Lewis is overseeing two design/build projects for the expansion of Orlando s LYMMO Bus Rapid Transit Line and managing three additional Alternatives Analysis Studies for the 192 Corridor in Osceola County, Route 50 Corridor in Orange County, and the final segment of the LYMMO study (North/South alignment). Lynx is also working diligently to provide feeder service to region s first commuter rail line, SunRail. Lewis graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 84 and Chair of Class 87.

He has held an endowed professorship in Family Business at Cal State Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business Administration since 2009. Before that he was director of the Family Owned Business Institute (FOBI) and the Center for Entrepreneurship at Grand Valley State University. Since 2002, he has also served as a visiting professor of entrepreneurship at the Athens University of Economics and Business in Athens, Greece. Dean Schwarz is recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in the fields of family business and entrepreneurship. He received fellow status from the Family Firm Institute in 2010. He previously served on the Body of Knowledge Committee of the Family Firm Institute and was the research program co-director for the 2004 and 2005 conferences. He is also a founding co-editor of the organization's publication, the Family Firm Practitioner. He has been a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for the Family Firm Institute since 2009. He has served with the Family Enterprise Research Conference (FERC) since 2007 and was 2011 Conference co-host. Schwarz also received the Teaching Excellence Award in 2003, 2004 and 2006 from Athens University of Economics and Business, and an Honorable Mention Award from the 2007 Family Enterprise Research Conference.

He joined Daytona International Speedway in August 2013, overseeing the sales department at the World Center of Racing. He also spearheads the We Built Daytona platform, which is designed specifically for partners involved in the construction of DAYTONA Rising, the $400 million front stretch renovation project. Prior to joining Daytona International Speedway, Strahan served as a Senior Account Manager and Account Executive at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for 10 years where he secured, developed and executed sponsorship programs. Strahan is a graduate of Ball State University.

Before arriving at Daytona International Speedway, Tolley was the Director of Sales & Business Development at Watkins Glen International in Upstate NY where he began his career with International Speedway Corporation in 2006. Prior to that, Tolley worked for an experiential marketing company, Mach 2 Management as a Senior Program Manager where he caught the racing bug while managing auto shows, and auto manufacturer ride and drive programs at race tracks throughout the country. He joined the Company in February 2006. Wilson oversees land use and development projects, property transactions and the Company s real estate capital spending process, with special emphasis on capital allocation and land management strategies. Prior to joining ISC, Wilson served as Managing Director of Acquisitions for American Realty Advisors in Glendale, California, where he oversaw equity real estate acquisitions for the firm, and served on the firm s Investment Committee.
