2 Dr. Don Gilman Principal, Gilman Consulting Group IMC USA SoCal Chapter Board Member Dr. Don Gilman is a seasoned consultant and coach to senior management, and a highly sought after speaker and trainer. He recently spent over two years in Europe on contract with a Fortune 100 corporation, responsible for the launch and expansion of a North American-based business into the European market. Don has taught for various institutions, including the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has presented courses on diverse topics from Systems Analysis and Advanced Project Management to Presentation Skills and Polishing Your Executive Image. He has appeared on CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, CNN, MSNBC, BBC, and other networks, and has been quoted in USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, the Orange County Register, The New York Times, and many other national and regional newspapers and periodicals. He is also a published author in respected international journals. Don s career spans over eight years in the aerospace industry as a rocket scientist for the Titan IV missile, including acting as Mission Manager for several classified missions. Don also spent over eight years in the automotive industry, leading the North American and European Business Unit for a privately held company that was eventually acquired by Robert Bosch GmbH. Don has also worked with several startups in the medical field, including companies introducing new and innovative products for EMTs, new cloudbasedsoftware products for pharmacists, implantable nano-devices for glaucoma patients, new orthopedic devices, and many others. Don holds a B.A. (with honors) in Engineering Physics from Westmont College, a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Engineering Management from West Coast University in Los Angeles, and a Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California. Don lives with his wife and three children in Santa Barbara, California.

3 Jeremy Eskenazi CMC Managing Principal, Riviera Advisors IMC USA Southern California Chapter Board Member Jeremy Eskenazi, SPHR CMC is Managing Principal of Riviera Advisors, Inc., a global Human Resources management consulting firm that helps organizations improve and enhance their internal talent acquisition and staffing capabilities. For more than 15 years, Jeremy and his team have partnered with organizational staffing and HR leaders to create strategies and tactics to make their recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition processes, systems, and organizations more effective to achieve business results. Prior to founding Riviera Advisors in 2001, Jeremy spent almost 20 years leading talent acquisition and staffing teams at Universal Studios, Amazon.com, and Idealab. Jeremy is a proud professional member of the National Speakers Association(NSA) and the Institute of Management Consultants-USA. Jeremy has served two terms on the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Staffing Management special expertise panel and on the Workforce Planning Standards Workgroup and is a current professional member of SHRM. Lowe is President of Hilltop Global Associates LLC, management consultants on global HR, talent acquisition, and international business strategy. Hilltop Global Associates, LLC John Lowe serves on international advisory boards, and has an extensive background in diverse industries, such as access control, security, high-tech, lottery & gaming, consumer products, entertainment, mining, industrial & manufacturing, supply chain, transportation & logistics, media & distribution, and business services. Formerly, John Lowe was a CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) & HR Executive with leading corporations, such as Brink s, GTECH, Seagram s, and RCA Corporation. He spent his early career with SPCC (Southern Peru Copper Corp.) American Can, Anderson Clayton (Brazil), Air Products, and Cummins Engine (UK, USA, & Brazil). He started up and staffed new business operations in over 40 countries. Scottish Parliament appointed John as a Founding Member of GlobalScot, its international business network in He volunteered with HRCI (HR Certification Institute) on the Exam Development for its GPHR (Global Professional in HR) certification from 2002 until John Lowe is an active member of IERG (International Executive Resources Group), PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association), BABC (British American Business Council) BCCC (Brazil California Chamber of Commerce), HKASC (Hong King Association of SoCal) as well as LAWAC(Los Angeles World Affairs Council) and other groups. John Lowe is a dual US& UK/EU citizen with a multi-lingual and multi-cultural background. He served as a British Army Officer, studied Industrial Management, and is a published author of articles about international human resources. John lives in Los Angeles, California with his family.

5 Christopher Marino Managing Director, Fallingwater Consulting Group IERG California Chapter Member IMC USA California Chapter Board Member Christopher Marino is Founder and Managing Director of Fallingwater Consulting Group, an advisory firm based in Southern California that helps manufacturing companies with international business development and strategy. Chris brings more than 20 years of global executive, sales and management experience to his clients. Prior to launching his consulting business, he served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Pelican Products, a leading manufacturer of flashlights, portable lighting systems and technical packaging products used in a variety of professional and consumer market segments. Prior to that role, he served as Managing Director of their Europe, Middle East & Africa operations based in Barcelona, Spain, as well as International Sales Manager for Asia& Latin America. Chris has also served in several business development and export sales management positions at companies that include Meade Instruments, Procom Technology and Instrument Specialties. The professional organizations he is involved with include the District Export Council of Southern California, Institute of Management Consultants, International Executive Resources Group and National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators, where he serves on the CGBP Governance Council. Chris holds a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and has language abilities in English, Spanish and French.

6 Jerry Savin CMC, FIMC President, Cambridge Technology Consulting Group IMC USA Past Chair Support HOST Jerald (Jerry) Savin is an experienced Information Technology Consultant. His consulting practice spans more than 35 years and includes Interim CIO, ERP assessment, selection and implementation guidance, Business Intelligence architecture design and IT Auditing. He provides expert testimony in legal disputes involving ERP systems. Jerry also teaches at UCLA Extension, UCR Graduate School of Management (University of California Riverside) and the University of Redlands. His teaching disciplines include IT Management, IT Auditing, ERP Systems architecture, Internal Audit and Management Consulting. Jerry has been active in IMC for over 30 years including serving as IMCUSA Chairman, IMCUSA Lead Trustee to ICMCI, IMCUSA Treasurer, SoCal Chapter President and Program Chairman. Jerry also served on the ICMCI Professional Standards Committee, the ICMCI Finance Committee and was co-chairman of the ICMCI Americas Hub.
